Unfortunately, we do not offer a message card service at this time.
Unfortunately, due to the limitations of our partner distribution center's system, we are unable to wrap items. However, we offer furoshiki, a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth, as an option on our site. Additionally, we provide simple gift wrapping services. Please visit our site for more details.
We collect our products from all over Japan from different regions and ship them to you from our warehouse in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
Your order will typically ship within 5–6 business days. However, if it includes pre-ordered items, it may take 1–3 months to ship. Please note that during the busy year-end season, shipping and delivery delays may occur.
All products are made in Japan and handmade one by one by artisans, hand craftsman. You may also enjoy our journal pages for more information about our products.
The displayed price of the products does not include any taxes or duties. They will be displayed and paid at the time of the checkout.
You can change the delivery address before the order is shipped. However, once the shipment has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
If your order has not been packed yet, you can cancel it and receive a full refund promptly. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible:

If your order has already been packed, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the items instead. Please note that the original shipping cost (if applicable) cannot be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Some items have very limited production and can not be pre-ordered. Please sign up for "Email me when available" on the product page to be notified by email as soon as the product is back in stock.
We are an online-only shop and do not have any physical stores in Japan or overseas.
